Elizabeth Bay Road Apartment
The Concept
A complete interior refurbishment to transform the space from dark to light filled, airy and luxe.
The site is a straight to rent investment property so the space had to not be overly designed with a particular style but also read as considered and the quality of the fittings was incredibly important.
The view is the highlight as is the kitchen bench so we placed a feature pendant to draw ther eye out to the water views.
